Job Title: Scheduler / Estimator - Residential Construction Projects (SOR & NOR) Start Date: January 2026 Location: Perth Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible) About the Role: We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler / Estimator to join residential construction projects across both NOR and SOR. These roles offer market-leading pay, flexibility, and autonomy, with opportunities to work across a variety of projects. What You'll Do: Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and costings. Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and key milestones. Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and costs are managed effectively. Analyse project plans, identify risks, and recommend efficiencies. Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and client communications. What We're Looking For: Experience in residential construction estimating and/or scheduling, ideally across SOR and/or NOR projects. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with project teams. Flexible and adaptable to varying project requirements and timelines.
