Responsibilities
* Customise the SaaS platform to meet specific client business needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
* Specification Translation: Convert Power BI dashboard requirements into detailed specifications for the reporting team, factoring in scalability, performance, and data sources.
* Work closely with clients to validate platform configurations and iterate based on feedback, offering proactive improvement suggestions based on best practices.
* Training & Support: Deliver personalised training sessions and offer ongoing client support, including troubleshooting and navigating technical challenges.
* Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal reporting teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely feedback loops.
* Collaborate across internal teams (Solution Design, Reporting, Product Management, and Support) to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
* Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of SaaS and reporting trends, participating in forums and training to ensure clients benefit from the latest innovations and methodologies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple client implementations with confidence and efficiency.
* Proficiency in Power BI and a deep understanding of reporting requirements.
* A mindset of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Prior experience in a SaaS implementation or consulting role is highly regarded.
