Job Description
* Available Full time and Part time role
* Work with a multi disciplinary team of Allied Health and Medical Practitioners to improve patient care
* Autonomous role with support from experienced leaders
Key Responsibilities:
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
* Conduct assessments & therapy from injured workers.
* Be able to work independently and efficiently
* Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
* Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
* Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you will need:
* Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance
* Have a registered SIRA number
* Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
* Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
* Strong written communication skills.
* A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
* Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
* Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
* Understand the different Workers Compensation Schemes and how they work at a basic level.
* Have a done a course in casting and splinting. (Preferred or willing to do a course in the near future.)
