This role is instrumental in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.Working closely with the Client Partner and Client Executive, you will be responsible for processing media orders, coordinating campaign logistics, maintaining internal systems, and supporting the broader team to deliver strong outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities* Process client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency.* Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.* Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.* Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems (e.g., AdPoint).* Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.* Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.* Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets.* Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the client experience.* Experienced in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment.* Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is advantageous) and internal booking platforms.* Proficient in generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and preparing client-ready documents.* A strong communicator and collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.**Why News Corp Australia**Join a culture where innovation is our operating rhythm.
