Based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs with hybrid working arrangements, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a supportive environment.
THE ROLEReporting directly to the Head of HR and leading a team of three, this role is responsible for the preparation, processing, and verification of all aspects of the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles.
Key duties include maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, interpreting awards and EBAs, and managing monthly employee remittances.As Payroll Manager, you will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team, ensuring payroll compliance, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and drive efficiencies across the payroll function.
THE CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have end-to-end payroll experience and a proven track record working in high-volume environments.
Experience with both Kronos and Preceda systems is essential.
Exposure to managing a team, along with experience processing payroll across Australia and New Zealand, will be highly regarded.
