Why we need you
The Early Education and Care (ECE) and community services sectors are facing a workforce crisis. This means children and families are missing out on critical support in the early years, particularly in vulnerable communities.
We are looking for a "people person". Someone who understands the unique challenges of working in with children and families, especially in remote communities, and what employees need to feel valued and supported.
If you are someone who believes they could use their skills and knowledge in early childhood recruitment to make a difference, this job could be for you.
As a national not for profit organisation we transform challenges into possibilities. You'll find us in cities and rural and remote communities across Australia.
We are always looking for innovative ways to recruit and develop the best possible people. This is where you come in. Your can-do attitude and determination are going to result in children and families having the best possible people to support them.
You will be joining our People and Culture team. This is a busy hands on position attracting and supporting candidates in a fast-growing organisation. Your eye for detail and ability to effectively manage a busy portfolio of opportunities will have you fitting right in.
We are looking for someone who can really add value. The truth is, if this is you, we simply can't wait to meet you.
