As a Senior Claims Executive, you will thrive on solving tough problems, combining technical expertise with commercial insight, and making an impact that matters.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind complex, high-value claims—owning the process from start to finish and championing the best possible results for our clients.
Working across multiple insurance classes, you’ll be the trusted voice clients turn to, partnering with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal experts to deliver fast, fair, and effective solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning the full lifecycle of complex and high-value claims across multiple classes (liability, property, motor, professional indemnity etc.).
* Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, providing expert guidance on claims strategy, insurer response, policy coverage, and negotiation pathways.
* Advocating strongly on behalf of clients to ensure timely, fair, and commercially sound outcomes.
* Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, investigators, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to drive results.
* Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior claims staff and broking colleagues.
* Supporting brokers with renewals and risk presentations through claims data insights and coverage advice.
* Assisting in claims audits, complex settlements, and insurer relationship management.
* Identifying and reporting emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to reduce claims costs and add value.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in claims within an insurance brokerage or insurer environment.
* Strong technical knowledge across general insurance lines, claims practices, and policy interpretation.
* A track record in managing and resolving complex, high value, or contentious claims.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge where needed.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client advocacy with practical outcomes.
