The Role
We are looking for an experienced bartender to help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest at Winnifred's. With a friendly and confident presence, you will guide guests through our Champagne selection while delivering thoughtful, genuine service that reflects our love of hospitality and celebration.
While Champagne is at the heart of what we do, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails is essential. You should be comfortable working with spirits, liqueurs, aperitifs, and digestifs, following recipes, and preparing larger-scale batches with care and consistency.
As a senior member of the bar team, you will work closely with others on the floor, share the stories behind our producers, and support the training and development of junior staff by leading by example.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys excellent service, values teamwork, and takes pride in both technical skill and warm, engaging hospitality.
