Roster Officer Role
This role is responsible for coordinating centre staffing rosters with the Manager Human Resources. As a key member of the human resources unit, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop staff schedules that meet operational requirements in accordance with award provisions.
* Distribute accurate and up-to-date rosters to all relevant staff members.
* Process variations to staffing schedules with designated managers.
* Validate employee timesheets to guarantee correct payments.
* Provide detailed information on roster costs and estimates.
* Review leave entitlements for all staff members.
* Prepare annual leave rosters for employees.
* Respond promptly to staff inquiries regarding roster or leave arrangements.
