Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Assist with HR projects and reporting
* Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with employment checks
* Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Data collection and presentation of data as required for reports
* Provision of general project support to all team members
Requirements:
* Certificate in Office Administration (essential); Human Resources (advantageous)
* Experience in administration, preferably within HR or recruitment
* Possess a service delivery mindset with a commitment to supporting others
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
