About You
You are a resilient and compassionate Youth Worker who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently support young people with complex needs.
* Recent experience in youth support work
* Understanding of trauma‐informed care and behaviour support practices
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to different environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young people
Essential Requirements
* Diploma in Youth Work (or working towards)
* Minimum 6 months' experience in youth work
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Minimum 2 COVID‐19 vaccinations
* Full Australian Driver's Licence
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
