The role
ASX is a leading global securities exchange that provides a trusted market operator and data hub for the financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and update process mapping including transitioning existing documentation into the SAP Signavio tool.
- Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of the processes in the assigned areas.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather pain points, capture requirements and document future state solutions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and drive efficiencies through automation and the use of AI.
- Champion the use of the enterprise process mapping practices and the SAP Signavio tool; support the Lead role to enhance enterprise capability and community of practice.
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role‐modeling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end‐to‐end enterprise outcomes.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
- Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross‐divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
Must Have Skills
- Design Thinking
- Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent certification
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as business, technology or finance
- Experience with SAP Signavio
- Proven experience in end‐to‐end process improvement to maximise efficiencies
- Experience presenting, leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive level
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret business needs and user experience to develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and adapt to competing priorities and multi‐task effectively
- Experience with problem‐solving techniques such as root cause analysis
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in financial or capital markets
- Experience working on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects
- Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, Confluence)
- Experience driving capability uplift, for example training the trainer
