Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is the primary point of contact with homeowners, potential homeowners, and other parties for setting sales appointment leads, scheduling maintenance and service opportunities, scheduling installations, and following up on various issues.
This role reports to Service Management and is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments and project timelines for efficiency and timely execution.
* Verify and confirm next-day appointments to ensure schedule accuracy and homeowner preparedness.
* Schedule annual maintenance and service opportunities to maximize efficiency for the company and technicians.
* Assist with permitting applications to support project compliance and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to navigate a multiline phone system.
* Proficiency in operating computers and software.
* Ability to recognize information in written materials and on screens 75-100% of the time.
* Accurate data entry skills.
* High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience.
* Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
