About Your Workplace


Based at our Head Office, this role sits within the Professional Sales & Service team and plays a critical role in supporting Miele's Professional business. As the central point of coordination across sales, service, scheduling and administration, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless delivery of service solutions and an exceptional customer experience.


Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate and administer Professional service agreements (PROtect), including quotations, renewals, scheduling and database maintenance
* Act as a key liaison for service requests, proactively managing schedules to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Support sales coordination activities, including responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, order processing and CRM administration
* Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, including SharePoint, revenue and scheduling databases
* Assist with spare parts ordering and local product or chemical orders as required
* Identify customer insights, system improvements and process efficiencies through regular interaction and feedback
* Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation, Miele policies and quality standards


What We Are Looking For


Must-have skills and capabilities:

* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and empathetically
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-have:

* Experience in service coordination, scheduling or sales support
* Familiarity with CRM systems or service management databases
* Exposure to technical, service or professional product environments
