About This Role:
We seek a dynamic leader with excellent management skills to drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency in our service department through strategic ideas.
As a manager, you will work within a team to set clear goals while mentoring and driving individual growth to boost team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the service team's daily operations for professional and timely work performance.
* Provide technical support to the service team as required.
* Be the first point of contact for customers, management, and your team.
* Build connections and nurture your team by offering leadership that inspires and motivates.
* Create customer service strategies to elevate the overall customer experience.
* Identify areas for improvement throughout the service department and implement action plans.
* Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth coordination of customer service.
* Guarantee that the service team is recruited, onboarded, trained, motivated, managed, and exited in full compliance with company policy.
* Promote and adhere to the company Health and Safety policy.
