About the Team Their Sydney Dispute Practice is trusted by ASX-listed companies, major corporates, government (state & federal) agencies and regulated entities to handle their most complex and high-stakes disputes. The Sydney team has a strong and growing presence across commercial litigation, regulatory matters, public law disputes and contentious corporate issues. The Role This is a replacement role and will see you move into a busy and vibrant practice with a focus on commercial litigation for corporates and state government clients. You'll join a supportive team with plenty of career advance opportunities with a ready made practice to inherit. You will manage a diverse portfolio of complex litigation and advisory matters for both corporate and government clients including: Complex commercial litigationGovernment litigation, administrative law and judicial reviewRegulatory investigations and inquiriesRisk, crisis and dispute management strategies About You You will either be a seasoned Special Counsel or an established Partner looking for a platform with stronger brand support, a national practice and real progression pathways. You will bring: Extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.Extensive state government litigation exposure with strong relationships in that sector.Strong advocacy, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skillsA track record of leading complex matters, teams and client relationshipsInterest in business development and practice growthA collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior lawyers A portable practice is welcomed but not essential.
