Becoming a Guidian
To become a Guidian, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be passionate about elderly care and committed to delivering high-quality services.
You will need to meet certain requirements, including AHPRA registration, a current Police Check, and valid driver's license and own vehicle. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Flu, and have a Friendly demeanor and passion for elderly care.
Creative thinking and program development skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

* Part-time role – 3 days/week, with Contract or Casual options
* $1000 Annual CPD Allowance
* Salary starting at $75,000 + Super + CPD (depending on experience)
