Their clever team creates custom-built websites, and provides digital and traditional advertising services, as well as mar-tech product solutions such as call attribution, social review management, photo editing, stock locators, and an analytics and attribution platform to boot.
And the Client Services Executive role?
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will proactively nurture and grow the relationships with AdTorque Edge's existing client base. Acting as the vital link between them and AdTorque Edge's's execution and technical staff to ensure the success of the client's marketing goals. You'll be across the day-to-day management of campaigns, production and design projects. Influencing and owning the communications between the client and internal teams to ensure timelines are met and delivered.
Key responsibilities:
Work with Account Managers/Dealer Consultants to meet client needs in a timely fashion
Manage and drive projects internally to meet client requirements
Maintain strong relationships with existing customer base where required to do so
Identifying opportunities for growth with client accounts and working with the business development team to drive growth from existing clients
Ensuring that internal platforms are always up to date with accurate quotes, timesheets, job requests and all relevant communications
Report to clients on the results of advertising campaigns
Have robust knowledge of all digital platforms and tools to proactively manage and report on client campaigns. Focus is to drive performance and provide feedback and recommendations on performance.
About you?
Ideally 3+ years of Client Success experience in a marketing digital agency - website development, search engine marketing and social media
Client management experience.
