* Automotive Sales (Spare Parts) Apprenticeship
* Business Traineeship (Service Advisor)
Both roles provide hands-on experience, nationally recognised qualifications, and the chance to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and supportive industry.
About the Roles
Automotive Sales (Spare Parts) Apprentice
Learn how to identify, source, and supply automotive parts and accessories to customers and workshop teams. You'll gain skills in:
* Managing stock, inventory, and supplier orders
* Providing parts advice to customers and technicians
* Processing quotes and sales using computer systems
* Building relationships with clients and suppliers
Business Trainee – Service Advisor
Become the link between the customer and the workshop. You'll develop strong communication and organisational skills while learning to:
* Schedule services and manage bookings
* Provide customer updates and prepare job estimates
* Process invoices and handle administrative tasks
* Deliver excellent customer service and support workshop operations
