Practice Receptionist Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Practice Receptionist in our Bathurst location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
* Reception and general administration duties, including managing data entry, appointments, and patient enquiries with strict confidentiality.
* Liaising with referring doctors to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
* Operating our booking system to effectively manage schedules and appointments.
* Performing other duties as required by management, such as data entry and report generation.
