What you will be doing:
* Diagnose and repair a variety of small engine equipment, including performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting issues
* Disassemble, inspect, and replace parts as needed to restore equipment to proper working order
* Provide excellent customer service, communicating with customers about the status of their equipment and any recommended repairs or servicing
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies related to small engine repair
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
* Any recognised mechanical trade certification is required for this position
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Enthusiasm for continual learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes
