You will work remotely, travelling to clients' homes or workplaces, or online. You are equipped with a phone and tablet for administrative tasks and must follow all relevant policies and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Related qualification in counselling, psychology, social work, or community support.
* Experience working with vulnerable populations.
* Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
* Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, to cater to a diverse audience.
* Sound technical skills and knowledge of IT systems for case management and reporting requirements.
* Efficient time management, task prioritization, and productivity.
* Accurate record-keeping and calmness in mental health emergencies.
* Sound judgement and confidentiality maintenance.
* Professional conduct, critical analysis, and applied knowledge.
