Your Mission
As Commercial & Procurement Analyst, you'll help drive smarter commercial decisions across one of the most dynamic parts of the BOUNCE business.
Sitting within our Finance team and partnering closely with Operations, Food & Beverage, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you'll combine analytics, commercial thinking and relationship building to identify opportunities that improve profitability, optimise spend and support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Analysing sales, costs, margins and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement
* Creating commercial insights and business cases that support pricing, procurement and operational decisions
* Supporting supplier negotiations through data-driven commercial analysis
* Assisting with end-to-end tender processes and supplier evaluations
* Managing contract milestones, renewals, pricing changes and compliance requirements
* Supporting inventory forecasting and stock planning decisions
* Developing reporting, dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision-making
* Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen procurement outcomes
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external supplier partners

Technical & Professional Competencies
* 2-4 years' experience in finance, commercial analysis, procurement, business analysis or a similar role
* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets
* Understanding of commercial drivers including sales, costs, margins and profitability
* Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools highly regarded
* Experience supporting procurement, supplier management or commercial decision-making advantageous but not essential
