Salary ranges from $119,093 to $124,073 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

About Role:
We seek a Manager for our Wagga Wagga Foster Care and Kinship Care program who:
Leads a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services.
Oversees and manages the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs.
Provides guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
Stays updated with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance the program's effectiveness.
Provides outreach support.

Experienced manager with a solid understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments.

What will you need?
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline
A minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC
Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities
