Director at Kube Therapy Co. | Senior Occupational Therapist | Clinical Mentor | Healthcare Advocate
We are looking for the next Kube Therapy Co. team member to join our clinical team
Senior Occupational Therapists and seasoned graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
We are passionate about providing structured supervision and support no matter the level of experience. If you're ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to a team that thrives on making a difference and thinks outside the box, we want to hear from you
About Kube Therapy Co.:
At Kube Therapy Co., our company ethos is rooted in a deep commitment to our clients, their families, and our wider community. We are proudly a Child Safe Environment where children and young people are protected and feel respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. We collaborate closely within our multidisciplinary team and with external providers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Kube Therapy Co. support a wide client base from children to older adults with diverse needs, backgrounds and cultural practices. We know no one can be an expert in every area of practice so we provide opportunities for our Occupational Therapists to specialise their caseloads, encouraging professional development and education to support their interests and strengths. We strive to be innovative in our therapy, filling the gap in what is available in the current market; this has led to the addition of 3D printing to our services, enabling us to design custom equipment solutions for clients.
We are committed to supporting our OTs at all levels to maintain their passion and clinical excellence. We adopt a unique supervision structure where our Junior OT's share a collaborative case load with Senior OTs. This fosters an environment of supported learning where OTs who are new to the NDIS can observe and gradually acquire the skills to effectively implement interventions within this framework.
All employees receive specific training relevant to their role and relevant to the caseload they manage and will be assigned a mentor for the duration of their probationary period to provide guidance, support, and feedback. All staff receive regular supervision sessions, scheduled at a frequency that meets their needs.
What We Offer:
• Competitive remuneration package with regular reviews aligned with your growth and contributions.
• Structured mentorship and supervision with the opportunity to also mentor junior staff and supervise student placements. At Kube Therapy Co. we are passionate about teaching the next generation of therapist which is why we provide placement opportunities for all three universities throughout the year.
• Gradual exposure to a variety of practice areas to help you discover your passion.
• Opportunities to work in a supportive, innovative, and passionate team environment.
• Regular professional development reviews to support your growth.
• Option to work from either of our clinic locations (Wayville or Mawson Lakes) with your own ergonomic desk set up.
• Caseload management support and delegation capacity to our allied health assistant team, making it easier to stay on-top of things.
• Laptop and phone provision to ensure you have all the tools you need.
What We're Looking For:
• A curious, adaptable, and motivated individual with a commitment to personal and professional development.
• Someone who aligns with our values and vision.
Qualifications and Experience:
An integral part of being able to provide high quality services to our clients is the qualification and experience of our team. We require minimum levels of qualification and training to ensure we adhere to registration standards and Child Safe Environment requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Completion of Child Safe training modules.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• NDIS worker screening check.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
If you are a qualified OT who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and want to join a supportive team, we would love to hear from you
