Job Opportunity:

Career Seekers: Engage and Grow with Ipswich Region

This role is about leading and managing a team to deliver operational excellence in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, strategies, and systems that support the growth of Ipswich.

* Manage administrative operations and provide high-level financial guidance.
* Lead policy development, human resource management, staff supervision, IT services, infrastructure, and facilities management.
* Cultivate new ways for visitors to engage with Ipswich Art Gallery and lead the design of inclusive engagement programs.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification and relevant work experience in visual arts, business administration, or related fields. They should also possess strong planning and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in supervising staff and working in teams.
