Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking to step into a senior role with a growing, well-established builder? This company has a 26-person team, delivering high-quality projects across education, retail and religious fit-outs, and refurbs, with elements of new build.
* Work on $1M - $10M projects, with most sitting around $4M
* Strong pipeline of education-focused projects (80%) with a loyal client base
* Join a structured team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators, and Site Managers
* Hands-on support from a Senior Project Manager
* Be part of a collaborative team with regular team-building events
The Role:
* Manage contracts across three concurrent projects
* Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and the project team
* Oversee procurement, variations, progress claims, and reporting
* Ensure projects stay within budget and timelines
What We're Looking For:
* 7+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator (senior-level)
* Experience in Tier 3 commercial construction
* Ideally based in North West Melbourne
* Proficiency in Cheops is essential
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
The Details:
* Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM in their office based in the North-Western suburbs
* Fast-moving process
* Salary up to $160k+ Super
