Audio Visual Production Team Member Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of audio visual equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Providing expert advice and demonstrations to customers, answering calls and emails, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
* Sales & Support: Quoting items for hire or purchase, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives.

* Maintenance & Logistics: Maintaining hire equipment, managing stock, and supporting warehouse operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a passion for providing top-notch service.
* Pro Tech Knowledge: Experience with professional audio, DJ gear, lighting, and video equipment is essential.
* Physical & Practical: Ability to load/unload gear and handle some heavy lifting.
* Driver's License: A manual driver's license (preferably open) and a clean driving record are required.
