About this role:
We're seeking a seasoned Facilities Coordinator to support our on-site Project Manager. As a key team member, you'll provide exceptional support across all aspects of office facility management to maintain the highest standards of the workplace environment.
You'll be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure our campus is maintained to a world-class standard.
In this role, you'll also provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager and have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
About You:
* A minimum 2 years' experience in project management or contract administration
* A diploma qualification in project management or construction administration an asset
* Understanding of revenue models, P/L and cost-to-completion projections preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Project software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
* Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
