1. Compliance Specialist
This role is dedicated to ensuring ECU's practices remain compliant with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and University policy. The Specialist will analyse employee data, develop and maintain robust pay compliance frameworks,
2. Senior Business Analyst – People and Culture Systems
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of ECU's People and Culture systems. This role will work in partnership with stakeholders across the University to optimise HR systems, ensuring they are user-friendly, strategically aligned, and support accurate and compliant processes.
You will be instrumental in supporting system upgrades, implementations, and process automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
About you
You are a proactive and collaborative professional with:
* Proven experience in a HR or People Systems environment.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integration.
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* The ability to influence, plan, and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
