Job Description

The Trade Counter Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople at our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing exceptional customer service and information about products.
* Assisting with quotes, both in person and over the phone.
* Packing orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information.
* Maintaining a safe and tidy branch environment.
* Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information.
* Proficient in using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
* MR Truck licence and/or Fork Lift licence advantageous but not essential.
