They are committed to providing their players with a fun, safe and inclusive environment. The club has grown to become a strong member in the Toronto and the Lake Macquarie community.
They are looking for 2 customer service - events people to work Good Friday, 4 hours.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ticket Sales: Selling tickets for event.
* Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries.
* Payment Processing: Accepting various payment methods and issuing tickets, receipts, and change.
* Information Provision: Providing information about venue, club, and other relevant details.
* Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to tickets and reservations.
This role could lead to casual hours some Saturdays.
