Electrical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Superintendent to lead our field crews on multiple renewable energy construction projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and attracting relevant construction workforce to meet project requirements.
* Leading work teams within the project scope and demonstrating appropriate workplace behaviours and conduct.
* Developing and implementing effective safety, quality, and environment strategies onsite.
* Ensuring all personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers adopt exemplary safety behaviours and contribute to risk management activities.
* Mentoring the workforce on environmental impact and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
* Managing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicating effectively with Supervisors, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Providing input into the construction program and forecasting resource requirements well in advance of required need.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have significant previous experience in a similar leadership position on large-scale construction projects within the resources sector or similar.
* You will hold the necessary electrical qualifications and certifications.
* Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
* Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
* High-level attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent record-keeping abilities.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
