Overview
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Officer / Handy-Man to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep of both our properties and grounds in office and accommodation settings, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard at all times.
Responsibilities
* General building maintenance including repairing furniture, doors, locks, curtains, lights, sinks, toilets and other equipment
* Undertaking scheduled maintenance as well as responding to emergency repairs
* Undertaking minor painting and patching works
* Ensuring that houses are well presented at all times through regular inspections
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in gardening and general maintenance work is essential
* Strong knowledge of, and ability to safely operate, a range of tools used in building and equipment maintenance
* Must hold, or be willing to obtain, all required clearances
* Must hold a valid C class driver\'s licence and have the ability to tow and reverse a trailer
* Comfortable working in an environment that involves regular interaction with individuals with disabilities
