What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
- A minimum Diploma in Community Services or Youth work (or working toward one).
- Experience in youth services or residential care (preferred, but not essential if you bring the right energy and commitment).
- A deep respect for and understanding of Aboriginal culture, and a commitment to cultural competence.
- A trauma-informed mindset, paired with compassion, patience, and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with and inspire young people.
