What You'll Be Doing
* Identify, win, and grow business with national clients across blue-collar, white-collar, sales, and projects
* Strengthen and manage existing client relationships - become a trusted partner, not just a salesperson
* Lead client meetings, attend networking events, and drive revenue
* Work hand-in-hand with our recruitment team, turning your deals into placements
* Think strategically, but execute tactically - you'll own your territory and your results
Who You Are
* You're a natural hunter - proactive, self-driven, and business-minded
* You've got B2B sales experience (blue collar recruitment is an advantage, but not essential)
* You're confident having "real talk" with clients - delivering quality, not just volume
* You understand people - you can see business from your client's perspective
* Bonus: Experience in Manufacturing, White collar or high-growth sectors
