We are now looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You'll manage and optimise product listings, on-site content and promotional activity, ensuring products are presented in a clear, compelling and conversion-focused way. You'll support trading activity across paid media, email and organic channels to maximise online sales, and use platforms such as Google Analytics, eCommerce dashboards and CMS tools to track performance. Using data and insights, you'll identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a smooth end-to-end customer journey from acquisition through to checkout.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital performance role
* Strong understanding of online trading, merchandising and conversion optimisation
* Confident using analytics and eCommerce platforms to inform decisions
* Commercially minded with a data-driven approach
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
