Partner with Group Security and Retail Technology to contribute to the vision and product strategy and roadmap of customer identity and digital security for the digital assets that serve our customer segments in CBA. Continuously define ways to build strong preventative controls that protect customers and make CBA a safe place to manage money. Innovate and address complex technical and organizational challenges, making decisions with data. Track industry trends and the competitive landscape, and oversee the performance and measurement of product/service effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in identity and authorisation solutions, protocols/standards and products. Experience leading the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch, ongoing measurement and continuous evolution. Excellent analytical capability and strong commercial acumen. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven results in introducing innovative technology and digital security solutions to strengthen controls in preventing fraud and scams. Expert written communication and presentation skills. Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution. A senior strategic professional with proven leadership, influencing and facilitation capabilities. Knowledge of building digital experiences to strengthen digital security, authorisation and entitlements; knowledge of Agentic AI desirable.
