The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working as part of the executive team, the Operations Manager will: Oversee all aspects of workshop, fabrication, and operational performance Drive production capability and continuous improvement initiatives Balance strategic oversight with practical, hands-on leadership on the factory floor Support the company through an exciting period of expansion, innovation, and transformation This role sits above the Workshop Manager and requires a pragmatic, solutions-focused leader who can engage with trade-qualified teams while also managing executive-level responsibilities.
