Business Recovery Specialist
This role involves managing a broad range of complex business recovery matters, including restructuring, turnaround analysis and commercial advisory.
* Managing corporate and personal insolvency files, administrations, wind-ups and related appointments.
* Conducting deep-dive reviews into financial irregularities and commercial disputes.
* Preparing statutory reports and contributing to turnaround reviews.
* Building financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning and business decision-making.
* Assessing operational performance and identifying practical improvement opportunities.
* Partnering with clients on strategic and commercial challenges across regional Queensland.
* Supporting economic development initiatives and long-term business planning.
* Reviewing financial information to support lenders, investors and buyers.
* Providing insights that help stakeholders make informed deal decisions.
* Contributing to financial and commercial assessments on infrastructure, development and regional investment projects.
