An established and highly regarded construction business is seeking an experienced IMS Manager to lead and continuously improve their Integrated Management System across safety, quality and environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Integrated Management System Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality legislation and ISO accreditation standards Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments Provide clear, practical IMS advice and support to project and site teams Prepare and deliver monthly IMS reports, data and insights to leadership Lead incident investigations and corrective actions Develop and deliver IMS training, mentoring and coaching programs Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and industry bodies About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS/Safety or related discipline Proven IMS/HSEQ experience within the commercial construction industry is a must Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Experience supporting large construction projects (ideally $10m) Confident communicator able to influence at all levels Hands-on, solutions-focused and commercially minded Strong reporting, audit and systems experience Current First Aid and Class C Driver’s Licence Why Apply: Senior leadership role with real influence Work with a collaborative, values-driven construction business Exposure to high-end construction projects Opportunity to shape culture, systems and best practice This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with project teams, driving compliance and building a strong safety and quality culture across complex construction projects.
