Your Role
You will manage a portfolio of accounts in our Retail Sales team. You will report to the State Manager and work across a key territory (Northern Beaches) focusing on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to customers through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a customer base in person and over the phone
* Achieve sales, volume, and KPI targets
* Run reports and present them on a quarterly basis to stores
* Grow and build relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
* Understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
* Have strong customer service, sales, and planning skills
* Be proficient in PC and Microsoft Office skills
* Have exposure to using sales CRMs
* Be willing to travel and be away from home once every six weeks
