Key Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation and presentation. Lead by example and support all staff to conduct their day-to-day duties in a competent, friendly and efficient manner. Promote teamwork and personal presentation.
Requirements
Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery). Food Handlers Certificate. Detailed knowledge of professional kitchen standards. Culinary creativity and menu design. Hands-on chef with the ability to cope with shift work demands. Develop effective relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to team performance.
