We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a vital part in our day-to-day operations—planning, organizing, and delivering quality carpentry work while leading by example and supporting their team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily tasks and delegate work effectively.
* Monitor production schedules and targets.
* Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize waste.
* Complete builds and installations to specification and on time.
* Read and interpret plans, carry out measurements and calculations.
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding safely.
* Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
* Support and mentor team members, including apprentices.
* Participate in business improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Carpentry Trade Qualification or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* White Card (Construction Card).
* Australian Driver's Licence.
* Working at Heights or EWP ticket.
* First Aid Certificate.
