Territory Manager – Western Australia & Northern Territory
As the Territory Manager for Western Australia & Northern Territory, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, building and nurturing relationships with distributors and end‑users, and identifying growth opportunities. You will represent SpanSet's world‑class product range and training services, helping our customers stay safe and efficient in their operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively seek new business daily, cultivating relationships with key industry players.
* Visit customers regularly to promote and specify SpanSet products and services.
* Manage your territory autonomously, with the freedom to plan and execute customer engagement strategies.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting, ensuring you meet or exceed targets.
* Attend trade shows and liaise with key stakeholders to represent SpanSet.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development.
* Ability to travel frequently.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

* Previous industrial sales, safety or rigging background preferred but not essential.
