We are a take away pastry shop in Ringwood North with a focus on offering quality artisan pastries, pies and cakes. We're seeking an experienced full time pie maker/pastry chef to join our team.
Your Role
* Production of pies, pasties and sausage rolls
* Assist in production of cakes
* Stock control
* Plan and preparation of savouries
* Ordering of stock
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and practices, including general cleaning of kitchen and baking equipment equipment
Must Haves
* Experience in pie production on a medium to large scale
* Experience in sheeting out your pie pastries
* Ability to plan ahead for production
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality
* Work well in a team
* Occasional weekends is required
