We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individual to join the Casphone Lismore team as a Retail Assistant/IT Technician.
The successful candidate’s has experience on working in similar industries, will deliver world‑class customer service, and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.
Help Managing and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
You will need to possess the following:
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A passion for sales and selling.
An understanding of retail operations.
Eager to learn current skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.
Able to handle a rapid‑paced environment and culture.
