About the Opportunity
This is a pivotal role within a complex and fast-paced healthcare environment where your expertise, judgement and initiative will directly support strategic and operational outcomes.
In this role you will:
* Provide high-level executive and secretariat support to the Director and Clinical Director, including complex diary management and coordination of meetings and committees.
* Prepare and manage confidential, politically sensitive correspondence, including ministerial responses, parliamentary submissions, reports and briefs.
* Lead and coordinate Directorate reporting, compliance and records management functions, ensuring legislative and performance deadlines are met.
* Directly manage and support two administrative staff while monitoring incidents, complaints and clinical reviews to ensure timely and effective follow-up.

* Skilled in stakeholder engagement across executive teams.

* An effective people leader with experience coaching and developing staff.
