We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Account Manager to join our team on a full-time fixed term contract basis.
This role offers the chance to unlock growth potential within clients by identifying strategic opportunities, developing tailored plans, and delivering impactful programs of work.
* Develop client relationships: Work with clients and leads to establish agreed scopes and develop proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
* Project planning and delivery: Collaborate with project managers to plan timelines and resourcing, lead project kick-offs, and briefings.
* Client account management: Be accountable for project timelines, scope management, and review deliverables prior to sending to clients.
* Campaign strategy and execution: Lead regular touchpoints with client teams, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and maintain knowledge of best practice digital marketing and fundraising performance.
About the Role:
* Client leadership and relationship management: Maintain processes and systems to retain and grow clients, lead campaign strategy, and use analytics and insights to inform strategies.
Requirements:
* Marketing and fundraising experience: 5+ years in marketing and/or digital teams with a strong foundation in not-for-profit work and fundraising principles.
* Agency experience: Experience working in an agency environment.
* Client relationship management: Excellent ability to function as a trusted digital advisor, thinking beyond the brief to deliver solutions that help clients consistently grow.
* Growth and revenue management: Experience growing revenue through strong strategic focus and execution.
* Digital channels and marketing technology: Strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology, including managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
