Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing current business relationships with key customers by ensuring appropriate product ranging has been presented, analysis on each category has been reviewed and significant market movements highlighted to customers while maintaining a high level of awareness of our customer's initiatives.
* You will work closely with key customer contacts to develop strategies for success during Customer Category Reviews, utilising analytical data and key insights to grow the business.
* You will provide accurate and timely input to the Demand Forecasting / Planning team, as well as supporting the monthly S&OP cadence, placing a strong emphasis on forecast precision.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing and improving distribution, position, price, and market share within the Channel.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ideally, you are an NAE who is ready to step into Account Management or an Account Manager looking for a new opportunity
* Proficient in data analytics systems (IRI, Nielsen, IMS) is an advantage
* Ability to manage time and workload while remaining responsive
